We understand that studying abroad is hugely exciting and a fantastic opportunity for your career, but comes with challenges too. This short course will give you the confidence and knowledge to make the most of your experience.

Through a series of short videos by experts and students, you’ll discover everything you need to prepare for, get insider information, and great money-saving tips that will enhance your time in the UK.

The Pre-Departure Briefing is taught Online via a Series of topics. In each topic, you’ll watch an engaging and informative short video and then answer questions or explore associated information.

Each topic should take no more than about 15 minutes. There is no start date or deadline within the duration of your subscription to the course, so you can do as many topics as you like within your sessions, allowing you to learn at your own pace, and at times that suit you.

Once you have completed all the topics, you will gain a digital certificate that you can share with your university so they know you have a good understanding of student life in the UK, and know where to find more help should you need it.
