When in Culture + is the go-to app for international students wanting to learn more about life in the UK. Watch hundreds of videos on the desktop or in app to help you thrive in the UK.
We know you are already studying hard, so our videos are short and digestible, but packed with all the information you need to thrive in the UK. Most videos are around five minutes, perfect to watch in a study break, or on your commute to university.
Yes, you can download the When in Culture + app in your App Store (Apple App Store and Google Play). Simply search ‘When in Culture’ to find the app. Perfect for watching the videos on the go.
Yes, we would love to hear your suggestions for content. If you have a suggestion, please email support@wheninculture.com and one of the team will get back to you.
Once you have become a When in Culture member, you will have access to all of our courses too! Simply click a 'learn' button or any When in Culture Academy link to access them. If all else fails - visit learn.wheninculture.com
Simply click 'Get Started' on the home page and enter your details! Once you have bought a membership, you'll recieve an email with instructions of how to log in.
As a When in Culture member you will have access to all of our videos on When in Culture + AND all of our courses on When in Culture Academy too.
An annual When in Culture membership is £360.
If you are having trouble logging in, make sure you are using the email address associated with your When in Culture account and the correct password. You can reset your password from the login menu. You will be sent an email to reset your password. If you are still having trouble logging in please email support@wheninculture.com and a member of the team will be able to help you.
Nearing the end of your 12 months subscription, you will receive an email with instructions on how to renew your membership in your account details.

We take privacy very seriously. All personal information is stored securely and is only used in accordance with our privacy policy which you can view in the footer of our website.
On average, each course consists of approximately 13.5 hours of engaging video content, providing a thorough understanding of the subject matter, however it can depend on how quickly or slowly you complete the quizzes.
